As the year is coming closer and closer to the end, art students are filling out forms for their final competition. This is our most local competition, the St. Clair Art Association Awards. In previous years we have done rather well, including numerous honorable mentions, pieces in the top three, and the 2012 cover award. Our fingers are crossed that an outcome returns as good as our previous competitions. We also, in the past week, received one award in the top ten pieces for the Congressional Art Show. We will not know the piece or placement until this coming Saturday.
