This week's post is devoted to our fabulously talented Art two students! They are in the process of working with very large scale charcoal drawings of a foreshortened perspective. Charcoal can be very difficult to work with at times, and the detail required for these pieces is quite intense. Every single student is creating fantastic pictures. They truly all are very talented.

Hello Cardinal Mooney students and parents. This past week has both ended and started some very intense projects. Our Art one classes were tasked with creating something creepy out of clay. The projects are currently in the process of drying but we have one done to show you! Art 2 is working on very large scale charcoal drawings. None of these are finished but they are showing a lot of progress and skill. Lastly AP Art students are working very hard to finish some of their pieces before their second class critique this coming friday.

New projects are beginning and old ones are continuing to grow in our art classes. A senior and AP student Jordan Kelly is beginning a very large scale oil painting for her concentration. Art three students are still working on their identity projects. They are all progressing in very different and interesting ways. Because our art two students are so talented this year they have begun to work on large scale foreshortened charcoal drawings. Charcoal is tough to work with but these kids can do it. Lastly our art one students are beginning their work with clay.
